Board of Retirement Investment Information –December 2025

At its meeting on December 2, 2025, the Board of Retirement selected Meketa Investment Group as SamCERA’s investment consultant and authorized the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute an agreement with the consulting firm.

It was also reported that SamCERA made a $10 million commitment to 400 Capital ABTF IV Annex Fund I, LP, as part of SamCERA’s opportunistic credit portfolio within the Growth category.

No further board action was taken related to SamCERA’s investment commitments or hires.
